  • Discontinue application of Topical Corticosteroids and cosmetics
  • 4 week course of oral Tetracycline, Topical Erythromycin or topical Metronidazole
Study Result:

3 TCI + Systemic Antibiotic 77.8%
Conclusion: Topical calcineurin inhibitors are an effective therapeutic option for pediatric patients with periorificial dermatitis and were well tolerated in this cohort.
